Refund policy

- All "Clearance and Sale" products are FINAL and cannot be refunded or returned. 

- No refunds or returns available for change of mind. 

- Damaged products can be returned for a full refund (minus postage) or an exchange of equivalent value within 14 days of receiving the product. 

- No refunds offered for customer misuse or mishandling of product.

- No refunds for missing or undelivered products if customer has chosen "Economy" or other "Tracking NOT Included" options when tracking options are available. Exchanges of equivalent value for missing products (not including shipping cost) are available after 14 days past original estimated delivery date.
