Shipping policy

GENERAL

- "The Questionable Supermarket" operates from both Australia and the US as avoidghost is currently residing in both countries. Most shipments will be sent from Australia, so please be aware of your countries international shipping laws, duties/tariffs, and postal systems as avoidghost has no control over these 3rd parties. 

- Shipping time estimates upon checkout are based AFTER product has been shipped. Non-preorder products will be shipped within 1 - 2 business weeks.

- Please allow up to 42 business days to pass before contacting us with any questions or concerns about shipment.

- avoidghost ships from a home location with pets (including dogs, cats, and birds). We try to keep our products and shipping clean and clear, however fur and other dusts may be included in your packaging. 

PREORDERS

- Preorder products will be shipped out roughly a MONTH after preorders for that product end. Please refer to the product description for times, dates, and updates.

- Please be aware that orders with preorder items will be shipped out together when preorder items arrive, to cheapen shipping costs. This can extend the wait for your items. If you wish to avoid this, please make separate orders for separate shipping costs. Thank you!
